RFP Response Checker supports read-only RFP requirement extraction and supplier response coverage checking.

Service description

The service extracts explicitly stated requirements from user-provided RFP text and checks whether a user-provided supplier response addresses each explicit requirement.

Allowed use

The service may be used for extracting explicitly stated requirements, checking response coverage, and pre-submission human review.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for lawful use of input text, human review of results, final bid decisions, and final submission materials.

Limitations

Processing is deterministic and rule-based. It may miss nuanced paraphrases and may produce false positives or false negatives. Users should review the results, and the service should not be the sole basis for a bid decision.

No external execution

The service does not submit, send, email, upload, publish, approve, or modify external systems.

No professional advice

The service does not provide legal advice, procurement advice, pricing advice, or compliance certification.

No guarantees

The service does not guarantee completeness, compliance, bid eligibility, award, or commercial outcome.

Prohibited use

The service must not be used for unauthorized confidential information, unlawful activity, deceptive submission, or replacing required professional review.

Available tools

extract_rfp_requirements and check_rfp_response_coverage are the only available tools. The MCP endpoint is POST /mcp.

Data handling

The service is read-only and stateless, with no login, no OAuth, no database, no external API, and no retention by this service.

Changes to service

The service may be updated to improve reliability, documentation, or deterministic checks while preserving its stated read-only boundary.
